One of the Iron Butt Association's favorite events is back after a two-year hiatus and bigger than ever! Join fellow long-distance riders in Allen, Texas for seminars, rides, great food, and outstanding camaraderie.

Thursday • September 24
A full day of seminars covering every aspect of long-distance riding and rallying. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, you'll learn from many of the sport's top riders.

Seminars are available to registered party attendees only.
An optional no-host dinner will be held Thursday evening at one of Dallas' famous barbecue restaurants.
Friday • September 25
Most attendees will complete one of the BAT rides on Friday, although rides may be completed anytime during September. Those not riding can enjoy visiting with fellow riders throughout the day.
Saturday • September 26
Submit all ride documentation by Noon for award eligibility.
4:00 PM
Free Beer Party and Awards Ceremony recognizing all BAT ride finishers.
6:00 PM
Texas-style fajita dinner.
7:30 PM
Special evening presentation to wrap up the weekend.
The hotel bar will remain open each evening so riders can socialize and swap stories.

Why Is the Hotel Kept Secret?
In previous years, non-Premier members booked rooms before Premier members had an opportunity. Keeping the reservation link private ensures Premier members receive first access to the discounted rooms.
